Terms and conditions of service

1. Customers of the service must comply with the Highway Code, behave correctly towards the driver and the vehicle and, at the end of the journey, ensure that they have not forgotten or lost any objects inside the vehicle.

 

2. Customers of the service are prohibited from:

- Making loud noises or disturbing noises;

- Defile or damage the vehicle or its equipment;

- Consume food or drink inside the vehicle;

- Smoking regular or electronic cigarettes;

- Carry on vehicles flammable materials, corrosive acids, objects with sharp or pointed edges or which for any reason may be annoying, cumbersome or dangerous;

- Distract or disturb the driver while performing the service;

- Getting on or off a moving vehicle;

- Open the car door towards the traffic lane;

- Distribute items for advertising purposes, or sell items even for charity purposes.

 

3. Failure to comply with the aforementioned prohibitions or duties gives the driver the right to immediately interrupt the ride, without prejudice to the obligation for the passenger to pay the sum due up to that point and any supplements due.

 

4. In accordance with the provisions of the law in force, the customer shall pay the amount corresponding to the restoration of the vehicle to service, in cases where his responsibility is found in the damage to the vehicle itself or to parts or equipment inside or outside the passenger compartment.

 

5. The customer has the right to request that the vehicle be parked while waiting, provided that the vehicle can be parked in the requested location in a regular manner.

 

6. In case of waiting beyond the free 30 minutes at the customer's starting point, the driver will be forced to contact him, and charge the remaining time (1€/min).

 

7. In case of no-show of the customer, after the 30 free minutes and after the same has been contacted by the driver without finding an agreement, you are authorized to charge the entire amount of the requested reservation.

 

8. In case of cancellation requested by the customer of the service, with 48 hours notice it is free, between 24 and 48 hours the amount is equal to 50% of the amount, and within 24 hours the amount charged will be equal to 100% of the service amount.
